A Day In The Life:

As a Coordinator Senior - IDC Operations you you will report to the Senior Manager – IDC Operations and work closely with two analysts at our 3PL partner's Cuautitlán Izcalli facility. You will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and effective flow of goods, contributing to the overall success of L'Oréal's supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and data-driven approaches while contributing to our broader purpose of creating sustainable and inclusive beauty.

• Process Optimization & Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This includes using data analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making. Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Supplier & Partner Relationship Management: Support the Senior Manager in managing relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with agreements. This includes communication and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Project Support: Assist the Senior Manager in the execution of various supply chain projects, providing administrative support and contributing to problem-solving.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
