What You Will Do:

L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Artwork Coordinator to join our Consumer Products Division (CPD). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in project management and the artwork routing process within a dynamic and globally recognized beauty company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of promotional packaging artwork for iconic brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Essie, NYX, Thayers, and SoftSheen-Carson.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the artwork routing process for all CPD brands using the Wrike project management system (training provided).
• Collaborate with the current Project Manager and cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, and vendor partners) to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the creative team to manage rendering and work with assigned art houses to compile files for mechanical production.
• Route proofs from vendors and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Proactively communicate project updates and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient workflow within the artwork management process.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows: 

Salary Range: $44,900-$61,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
