LUXE CONTENT FACTORY, DIGITAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Support and execute on the continued expansion of the creative potential of the LUXE Division Content Factory, delivering high volume of digital content needs (Paid Media, Paid & Organic Social, cross funnel Digital Video, product & model imagery & visuals, etc.) annually across the portfolio
Co-Develop and advocate for individual visual brand language(s) and identities of L’Oreal LUXE division brands in the digital and ecommerce space
Drive new and better ways to collaborate within the Content Factory and across brand teams alongside Content Factory AVP
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the development and execution of full funnel digital creative content rooted in insights for a performance-driven marketer, with a focus on content that drives ecommerce performance and brand loyalty
Collaborate cross-departments and teams to develop a variety of content needs that meets creative and strategic criteria (MKT briefs, feedback, brand KPIs, etc.), and delivers on measurable business results
Operate as brand steward for the creative team, and liaising amongst various brand partners and with Content Factory Strategy & Production Leads
Ensure creative excellence (best in class tactics by channel) and meeting of brand guidelines, tone of voice & key objectives, as well as demonstrating results oriented mindset and insights/data-driven approach to creative bringing objectivity to the discipline
Lead the development and manage executional output of creative team resources (AD, Video, Social, etc.)
Understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices
Attend brand marketing meetings and be the voice that communicates digital creative vision and processes, bringing stellar presentation skills to the table
Work to streamline creative processes to improve team structure at a wider level, providing input on wider operational systems as needed
5-8+ years of advertising experience, developing and creating for digital / social / ecommerce strategies + campaigns.
Experience working with performance marketing clients, or experience working at direct to consumer and/or eCommerce focused brand
Management experience leading teams, including ability to prioritize and delegate workloads for your team.
Experience building strong client relationships and build confidence as a leader who can manage work while successfully interpreting their brands. Ability to guide partners to help understand ideas, while being able to pivot thinking and adjust style when necessary.
Mastery of industry and digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of platform/Industry/creative trends.
Have a strong creative vision and understanding of brand(s) business needs and objectives, with ability to understand how brands come to life in different channels for full campaigns.
Art Director experience preferred
