What are key highlights of this role?


Working with the Director of Learning, Engagement and Culture, and multiple senior stakeholders in the UK and Ireland as well as the Global Head Office in Paris, you will be responsible for working with an external provider to manage the front and back ends of the employee engagement surveys for the UKI business. You will carry out extensive analysis of this data to identify the key insights and opportunities from a total business and individual team perspectives, and partner the business to construct and activate the relevant action plans to allow them to increase employee experience and associated metrics. You will also manage the induction and exit surveys and analysis, and manage the relationship with relevant external bodies such as Glassdoor.


What are the key duties of this role?


  • Run Pulse worldwide annual Employee Survey in conjunction with Headquarters stakeholders. Manage the ‘coding’ set up of the survey, share input on the survey content and reporting structure, activate launch communications and provide monitoring of the response rate
  • Run local Simplicity Survey 3 times a year: manage vendor relationship and end to end locally. Manage the ‘coding’ set up of the survey, development of the survey content, launch communications, monitoring of the response rate.
  • Responsible for analyzing overall UKI results, communicating progress on key KPIs such as engagement, enablement and the Simplicity transformation index, providing insight and clear communication format for all managers.  Identify and suggest key opportunities for improvement throughout the employee experience lifecycle
  • Partner the business and HR Business Partners on creating divisional and team Simplicity and Pulse action plans
  • New Starter Review – Survey set up, monitoring and analysis and insight of results
  • Exit Interview – Survey set up, monitoring, analysis and insight of results
  • External Reputation – manage the relationship with Glassdoor, share regular quarterly de-brief of insights and develop clear animation plan.
  • Participate in external networking groups and share best practice with the HR community


What key skills are L’Oréal looking for?


·      Experience of end to end management of small and large scale cultural change initiatives in a major organisation.

·      Ability to network and influence with senior level stakeholders and experience of presenting at board level

·      Excellent communication skills with proven track record of building effective relationships with other

·      Previous experience of working within the context of complex, matrix organization, desirable.

·      Broad business understanding with proven track record of project management.

       Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly

       A pro-active “can do” attitude.

       Advanced level PowerPoint and Excel skills essential.
