Key Job Accountabilities

  • Create value added service for supply chain functions to improve efficiency
  • Follow up on customer orders, shipment discrepancy and shipment return
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure on time delivery to clients
  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain from warehouse to customers’ shelf
  • Work closely with other departments and customers to streamline the total supply chain
  • Assist the team to develop and improve on standard operation procedure

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience Customer Service/Logistics fields
  • Good communication skills and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English, fluent Mandarin speaking is preferable
