L’Oréal Australia’s Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our distributor customers. Operations have an important responsibility to focus on uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety and our environmental commitments.

About the role 

Our Customer Care team is currently seeking a highly motivated, service driven candidate to focus on some of our largest customers. Servicing customers within the grocery and pharmacy channel, you will provide an exceptional customer service in a fast paced, creative environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders received daily from key accounts.
  • Ensuring the best fulfillment possible of these orders and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate to relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) on stock availability at order level and manage priorities with the warehouse.
  • Investigate and process returns and stock claims.
  • Answering customer phone inquiries relating to deliveries, invoices, credit requests, etc.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be outgoing by nature with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will stand you apart as will your ability to be flexible and solution oriented. You will need to have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. Proficiency with computer systems (ideally SAP) and Excel is a must-have. Experience in phone customer service is also preferred.
