Customer Service Executive (Order Processing and Management)

1. Order Process: Review and adjust orders as necessary; Conduct EDI transfer to 3PL system; Mange different order type including normal orders, return orders and dispute orders.
2. Prepare and provide service-related daily reports to OP / Sales team
3. Write off consignment inventory based on monthly sales results; Prepare monthly consignment inventory report for management sign off.
4. Prepare and provide monthly customer service report to management for zone reporting.
5. Prepare customer account statement (account receivable) for all divisions.

Preferred Qualification:
1. Minimum 2 ~ 3 years work experience, customer service related experience preferred
2. Proficiency in excel skills (super user). SAP 4.6 experience is a plus.
3. Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above
4. Language: Chinese & English
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills; require to communicate with both internal and external customers effectively; Strong analytical skills with logical thinking
