Analyze & Develops insights from multiple sources of data across Ecommerce sales, CRM Consumer demographic data, online behavioral data, Social Listening/Monitoring Data in order to achieve organization’s financial goal.

  • Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business opportunities through solid data modelling
  • Develop innovative and effective approaches to streamline understanding of business insights based on business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, statistical analysis and predictive modelling (if applicable)
  • Design experiments, test hypotheses and build models in the designated data visualization tool
  • Conduct data analysis and designs convenient algorithms
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Present and depict the outcomes of their finding in easy to understand terms for the business stakeholders
  • Collaborates with digital/CRM team to select the relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategic approach…)
  • Work with Digital IT teams to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected from business teams
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data accuracy
  • Leverage all analytics tools across Google Analytics, Social Listening platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Socialbakers etc.) CRM (e.g. Oracle Siebel, Business Intelligence)
  • Manage analytics partnership/agency in delivering quality & timely output of ad-hoc projects   



  • Development of clear Data Visualizations & Insights reports
  • Embedding insights into daily operations for optimization

CORE Skills & Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years experienced in Data & Analytics, preferably in digital/CRM/Ecommerce remits
  • Demonstrate scientist qualities: clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, logic, fairness
  • Provide on-going knowledge of tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst with strong business acumen
  • Technical expertise in building data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Strong experience with complex multiple data types from retail transactions, ecommerce, web analytics, consumer profiles & digital media channels
  • Well versed in translating business issues/ opportunities into initiatives that generate data & reporting outcomes
