Join our Supply Chain team in the capacity of a Demand Planner

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure sales forecasts accuracy and the building of turnover through Leading of the sales forecast process.

• Manage the sales forecasts quality.
• Manage the global monthly sales forecast process.
• Build the baseline forecast.
• Challenge and coordinate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
• Participate in the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
• Participate in building the budgetary process by building up the sales units.
• Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribute to its rationalization (Long tail cleaning).
• Manage the launch process from conception until products are available in the market.
• Prepare and report on Demand Planning indicators.

MINIMUM CRITERIA

• A Graduate with a Business/ Statistics/ Economics/Supply chain Degree from a recognized University.
• Have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in Demand Planning in an FMCG environment.
• Good knowledge of MS office with Very proficient Excel Skills
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
