Purpose of role: The role is primarily delivers accurate sales SKU level forecasts to support the US Business. The role will also undertake other analysis and support commercial decision making in the market as required.

Role Definitions

Key Job Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop and implement methodologies to create SKU level forecasts by Channel

 

  • Analyze sales trends to identify risks & opportunities

 

 

  • Provide Analysis and feedback on sales forecasts and related KPI’s

 

  • Work with Cross – Functional Teams to ensure forecasts include uplifts in business as part of the event planning process, cannibalization, seasonal changes, and promotions

 

  • Product pricing support – maintain product pricing files, upload price changes,   add, NPD pricing information

Other Responsibilities

 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

 

  • Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimizing the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace.  Report potential risks, near misses and real accidents to relevant managers.

 

 

 

Personal requirements for role

 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of Commercial analysis experience in business related field preferred
  • Knowledge of store replenishment or experience desired

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Educated at Bachelor Degree level.
  • Advanced pc skills to include detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented
