Digital IT project manager – Consumer Experience

Role Responsibilities

Drive WeChat platform projects across all divisions for different brands, including WeChat official account, mini program etc.

Track the multiple digital projects end to end, make sure project is always on track with high quality

Closely work with business team to design customer digital experience to help business team to understand digital consumption habits, browsing behaviors, content preference analysis, commentary analysis.

Proactively explore existing and emerging digital IT solutions and tools that are relevant and helpful to corporate business growth on new campaign and retail.

Manage related vendors, also internal teams, on project delivery including requirement analysis, system design, coding, QA, deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process, SLA, KPI and best practices

Develop and maintain strong working relationship with business team, IT teams at global/zone/China level to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the L’Oréal IT standard and strategy

Manage the project timeline, quality, budget and resources

Manage change requests, incidents, service requests within budget and set priorities

Ensure all projects compliance with security and privacy requirement

Clearly understand CRM concepts/scope, experienced in CRM implementation projects.

Understand and implement true O2O customer experiences with CRM across different channels: TMALL, Offline, Own EC store, JD etc.
