L'Oreal will be returning to the office under our Safe Together guidelines and will be offering all eligible employees a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days remote each week. This does not apply to retail store, field based, distribution center, warehouse or lab based employees. L’Oreal is dedicated to adopting an Product / Agile transformation to structure the organization around outcomes and how they are consumed placing the Consumer in the center of our applications and services. We are also evolving into a Product oriented organization to align teams around business capabilities. This orientation will enable innovation and support business expectations.  Each Product has its own strategy that can be adapted to changing contexts at the Product Owner’s discretion based on business priorities.

The Agile Transformation will allow us to achieve benefits of greater speed and flexibility in responding to consumer needs, and better alignment to our organization’s most critical business capabilities. We are seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to join our Strategic Program Office to be at the center of this transformation, guiding our teams through the Waterfall to Agile shift, advising Executive Leadership, and developing the Agile mindset at all levels within the organization.  This position reports directly to the VP- Americas IT Strategic Program Office with a close working relationship to the Americas HR IT team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide our leaders to strategize and execute the Agile shift among their teams
  • Assess Agile Maturity and Product Adaptive Governance Compliance within Product Teams and suggest strategy toward Agile Team maturity
  • Work with various Agile Team roles, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams to improve their competency level
  • Provide training / coaching / mentoring for Agile coaches within the organization
  • Identify issues and share learnings related to Products in L’Oreal AMER with Senior Leadership and Agile Teams
  • Provide advice for all levels of the organization to promote Agile mindset among Product Teams
  • Build a strong Product Team culture across the organization
  • Mentor teams to greater cross-functional partnership and collaboration
  • Advise Organizational Leads on Agile Team structures to support positive team dynamics and outcomes
  • Guide Agile Teams in their ability to self-organize and maximize Agile principles in their ways of working
  • Grow Agile practices and use of tech tools within Product Teams to promote continuous delivery across the board
  • Lead the COE as a community to grow and develop Product Teams
  • Promote culture of Customer Centricity
  • Partner with the Learning Team to provide guidance to Product Team trainer on L’Oreal Product needs
