A / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oreal VN
B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
- Execute and manage the excellent E-com assets to be consistent and aligned with brand direction
- Manage the E-com assets and their performance include but not limited A+ content, Rating & Review, Feed, CRM, SIS, Media materials.
- Optimize E-com marketing plan with effective E-com tactics to catch up with E-com business requirement, trends and division’s direction
- Be updated and analyze shopper behavior to deliver innovative ideas for not only the online assets but also the media performance
- Support other channels besides E-com to provide digital solutions and online sales where applicable.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, sales and Education), digital ecosystem and media partners.
- Measure and report performance of all ecommerce campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) including content, media, customer reaction, CRM…
- Good understanding, sensitivity towards key trends in the skincare industry.
- Brand communication background with product management on ecommerce is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing with strong analytical skills and data-driven, critical thinking.
- Time commitment with ability to be put under pressure
