Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing & promotion, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and activating loyalty programs.

E-Commerce: Monitors on-line sell-in & sell-out excellence.
-Drive sales, conversion,site optimization and manage web KPI (conversion, average order value, abandon cart, unique visitors, etc).

-Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, etc.
-Ensure user experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Performance, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns & commercial mailing.

-Update the e-merchandising content: create new product information, reference articles, images, videos etc.
-Provide SEO, SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation
-Initiate partnership in marketing or digital activities

-Initiate strategy & implement online campaigns on new product launches and pillar products 

-Manage project budgets. Set clear KPIs to ensure campaign assessment

-Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy

CRM: Improve consumer experience and relationships through the analysis and the management of all interactions to customer

-Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
-Plan and deliver local CRM strategies across the brand, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
-Customer Journey Mapping – analyse touch points with the Brand and maximize commercial opportunities
-Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities

-Implement CRM business plans to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers

-Analyse brand’s and competitors’ internet activity to make recommendations to management

-Ensure that the action plan is effective analysing relevant data such as sales revenue, market share, consumer satisfaction, etc 


- Min. Bachelor Degree

- Min. 3 years working experience in e-Commerce or relevant roles

- Driven and excellent in communication

- Fluent in English
