Key Job Accountabilities

  • Analyze market and consumer data, work closely with the Marketing Manager to define the brand strategy across APAC Travel Retail Business
  • Drive the business and brand performance
  • Align product strategy according to corporate guideline and make recommendations in developing and maintaining the product range that fits the APAC global shoppers’ beauty aspirations
  • Work closely with travel retailers on digital and e-commerce strategies and enhance consumer journey
  • Plan and execute 360 degree product launch and animation activities
  • Interact effectively with other departments (e.g. sales, logistics, training department) to achieve marketing objectives
  • Build and develop the team


  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or equivalent
  • 5-8 years marketing experience within beauty or FMCG related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of competitors, good understanding of market trends and consumers
  • Ability to motivate and inspire; lead a small team
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, Mandarin/Cantonese; other Asian languages is a plus
