HR Cost Assistant & Reward Analyst

What are key highlights of this role?
The mission of the Payroll Cost function is to budget and forecast for over £110m of employment costs. This role will be to assist the HR Cost Controller to build and model those forecasts and to perform variance analysis. Additionally there is the opportunity to assist the Rewards team providing vital data analysis to our Reward Advisers around compensation, benefits and international matters.
What are the key duties of this role?
You will be involved in a range of activities which may include the following:
Employement Cost Forecasting
· Work closely with the HR Information systems specialist to assist in maintaining the different systems ensuring integrity between the source data and the payroll system to ensure employees are correctly paid
