You will...
- Drive Online Sales & Awareness: Partner with e-KAMs to develop and execute innovative affiliate marketing strategies, leveraging data and insights to maximize ROI.
- Affiliate Acquisition & Management: Lead the selection, outreach, and onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Continuously monitor performance, providing feedback and support to optimize results.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key affiliates, acting as a primary point of contact and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CDMO team on the value match process, ensuring seamless integration and efficient campaign execution. Coordinate product delivery to affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Liaise with MCN to strategize, plan, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for affiliates, securing favorable terms and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
You have....
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record 3-5 years of working experiences managing affiliates
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
