IT Data & Loyalty (CRM) Lead  


This lead will report to the Canada & Latin America Digital IT Delivery Director.

Scope: Latin America & Canada

Job Overview

Manage a group of PM to implement, manage and rollout the Data & loyalty platform across Canada and Latin America. Ensure to implement scalable platform. Accelerate rollout of data & loyalty platform across the zone.

Work in collaboration with America Zone IT team and Global team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, deploy and follow implementation of Data & loyalty platform
  • Organize and follow planning for all projects. Follow closely budget
  • Define best practices in terms of project management, support deployment of agile methodology
  • Work very close with IT partners across the zone, business team and CDO team
  • Work very close to our external partners to build plan and budget
  • Communicate clearly the status of the project in terms of time, risk and budget
  • Keep consistency across the zone in terms of platform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred with Project Management or Digital marketing experience
  • PMP or Agile certification a plus.
  • Minimum of five year experience in project management, with demonstrated experience in rollout, inter-cultural experience in a global organization a plus
  • Knowledge of Data & loyalty platform
  • Prior experience implementing SalesForce Marketing Cloud in a large organization is a must
  • Must have a track record of success in helping to solve significant technology-related business problems including experience developing collaborative relationships and partnerships between business and technology departments that drive business results
  • Experience presenting proposals to executive management
  • Excellent written and oral communication and influencing skills
  • Spanish and English written and oral is a must. French and Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Position based in Mexico city
