This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
About the role
We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager with a technical, hands on background to lead a small team including Network and Systems administrators. Leading a step change in our IT function, you will play a key role in the evolution of IT Infrastructure Management at L’Oréal, to enable the business to deliver commercial outcomes via contemporary IT solutions. In addition, you will:
Review and align the ICT infrastructure strategy to support the overarching business strategy
You will be an experienced Infrastructure Manager professional who has managed teams and proactively drives change. You are able to blend the IT technical knowledge taken from your work on system implementations and integrations with the ability to engage and gain and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Previous experience within the FMCG industry will be highly sought along with a commercially minded and innovative approach. Tertiary qualifications and relevant certifications (Eg MS MCSE, VMWare, O365, etc.) will be an advantage.
