We have a suitable opening in the Operations – Finance department. for the role of Internal Control Manager for the SAPMENA (South Asia, Pacific, Middle East, North Africa) zone, based in MumbaiThis is an individual contributor role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defines and manages the Zone/Division Internal Control roadmap and priorities in agreement with his/her Top Management
  • Leads the network of Zone/Division Internal Control Managers
  • Coordinates the Internal Control improvement projects (TOP 5, separation of duties, prevention of fraud, security of payment methods etc.)
  • Animates the prevention corruption programme within the Zone/Division 
  • Assists managers to draw up simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, Group referential and good practices
  • Promotes staff understanding of challenges and discernment by the distribution of tools, training and exchange of good practices
  • Leads the self-assessment approach to comply with Group Internal Control Fundamentals (SMART toolbox)
  • Facilitates Internal Audit conducted by Group and ensures the governance and progress of the action plans resulting from internal audit assignments and Statutory Auditors' internal control reviews.
  • Ensures adherence and animation of Group norms/policies across all sites within SAPMENA Operations
  • Ensures transparent and proactive communication between local entity and Group
  • Represents SAPMENA zone in the Internal Control community and shares initiatives with the Entities and the Group Internal Control Department
  • Takes into account external environment’s developments

Education and Qualification

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Graduate/Masters degree
  • Professional qualification required : CA,ICWA, MBA(from reputed Institute)
  • Industry preference : FMCG/Food/Pharma
  • Proven ability to work and navigate in complex organizations and manage teams.
  • Maintains a high standard of integrity, working with a cooperative attitude.
  • Excellent communication / influencing skills in English (written & verbal) with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • A talent for resolving conflicts and problems.
  • Excellent skills on PPT, Excel, etc 

 

Travel required

  • Travel will be need based on requirement.
