Key Job Accountabilities
To implement interactive and CRM campaigns to contribute to the growth of a brand on the market
・Consolidate CRM program in order to grow the brand business and stabilize with customers
・Design CRM business plans to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers
・Grow the consumer CRM data base, and analyze the data and campaigns for further planning and actions
・Convey the advertising creative and product information into impactful interactive campaigns
・Implement CRM business plans to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers
・Analyze brand's and competitors' interactive activities to make recommendations to management
・Set the DtoC communication strategies, develop communication contents of email/Apps/LINE to communicate end consumers and manage distribution.
・Develop DtoC customer analysis reports and conduct PDCA cycle for CRM improvement.
・Develop new loyalty program with new CRM platform and conduct improvement of the program.
・Enhance CRM program, in link with e-CRM, EC and other digital aspects
・Ensure integration of interactive and CRM strategies with other departments
・Lobby for and defend interactive and CRM budgets and manage project budgets
・Set clear KPIs to ensure campaign assessment
・Hands-on daily operation related to above CRM activities.
Must Have Aspects
・Logical, analytical skill, good communication, and flexible in business circumstances
・Expertise on CRM and interactive campaigning and data base management
・DtoC direct marketing(email, LINE, Apps) hands-on operational experience.
・Good knowledge of integrated-communication campaigns including e-CRM and digital aspect
・Brand equity knowledge. Understanding of brand's consumer profiles
・Project management skills
・English business level (is an advantage)
・Strong interest and fit to cosmetic beauty business
・Good command of MS Excele and Powerpoint
・FMCG (DtoC cosmetic business is an advantage) background
・CRM related agent background
