Implement the L’Oréal luxe Digital CRM strategy in respect with brand policy and challenge, lead Omni-channel acceleration initiatives across Luxe brands, and provide technical knowledge to the entire Luxe organization as a subject expert in Digital CRM domain
Campaign Design and Operation:
・Design and run DM, Email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
・Support business users to conduct campaign ROI analysis and optimize campaigns based on the learnings.
・Provide technical insights for brand CRM manager to support them to deliver effective campaigns and cultivate advanced features of Salesforce
・Support E-Commerce business units to accelerate Omni-channel strategy.
・Prioritize tasks from different brands and transversal functions and deliver in a timely manner
・Consolidate business requirements from brands and transversal functions, interpret them into technical requirements where possible. Work closely with IT department to ensure that the system/tool are delivered in a timely manner.
・Conduct UAT for new system development and enhancement
・Ensure the end-to-end data integration in a safe and reliable manner.
・Support end users for data trouble shooting as the first line support – investigate data issues across various CRM systems and source systems. Work closely with IT department and production support agency to resolve troubles and deliver the best environment for end users.
・Partner closely with Brand CRM manager & Digital e-biz representative
CORE Skills & Experience:
・University degree or equivalent
・Data management of CRM database and source systems (3years+)
・Operation of campaign management tool, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, SQL, BI tool (3years+)
・Project Management (3years+)
*Experience of system development for the entire process, from business requirement gathering to post-launch hyper-care support
・Internal/External client facing (3years+)

・Experience in FMCG. Experience in cosmetic category is plus
・Excellent communication, dynamic and pro active
・Native in Japanese and business level in English are must. Mandarin Chinese is a plus
