1. DIGITAL CONTENTS PLANNING: 25%
・Collaborate with the business unit manager and product managers to develop a strategized,
up-to-market trend, consumer-centric, disruptive contents plan.
・Present and align with the zone and countries on a regular basis
KPI: Quality of proposal, strategy, market insight, alignment with partners
2. 2020-2021 DIGITAL CONTENTS PRODUCTION FOLLOWING DRIVE TIMINGS: 50%
・Produce contents with project managers, digital agency, equancy, aligned with the big idea
communication, strategized with clear content strategy along consumer journey, consistent to
brand’s aesthetics and quality
KPI: Feedback from countries and zone on factual and qualitative basis, MAD of contents"
3. MARKET UNDERSTANDING AND SYNTHESIS: 10%
・KPI: Liaise proactively with HQ, relevant agencies and blogs to report interesting digital trends and
promote disruptive, relevant content and format for the contents development "
