Job Description

 Build EC Key Account Strategy from the corporate view point
 Manage EC Key Accounts as the representative of Nihon L'Oreal
  Negotiate with EC Key Accounts based on the consolidated needs of each division
 Liaise with various functions to support efficient Indirect EC operational flow for each division
 Lead business development / promotional activities with Key Accouns at NOA level
 Support each division's EC business by giving professional suggestions/advices
 Issue reports on consolidated Nihon L'Oreal EC business (both Direct & Indirect) for key stakeholders in Japan and Head Quarter
 Understand the EC market trends and competitors activities (both in Direct & In-Direct EC business.) Issue reports
   according to the necessity.
 Support CDO (Chief Digital Officer)

 Must Have Aspects

 More than 5 years experience of
  • E-Commerce business in consumer goods companies, using EC platform such as Rakuten or Amazon
  • Or working for EC platform companies such as Rakuten or Amazon
 Experience of EC related projects management
 Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
 Good PC skill: Powerpoint, Excel

Preferred Qualification

Experience of working for foregin companies or living in foreign countries
Experience of working in a company with multiple brands
