Job Description

* Work with Digital team, Brand teams and Division sales team to develop Indirect E-Business channels (E-Retailers/E-Tailers): Identify and experiment Indirect on-line retail opportunities in line with brand’s positioning and objectives.

   E-Retailers: Retailers’ EC sites (DS, NSP, Shopping malls, etc.)
   E-Tailers: EC site such as @Cosme, Lohako, Rakuten and Amazon

* Negotiate trade conditions with E-Retailers/E-Tailers in line with the division strategy and to achieve profitability / sustainability
* Drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of the Indirect E-Business
* Work closely with E-Retailers/E-Tailers as well as Brand teams to build a strategy to optimize the Indirect EC business using all levers (media, search, social, partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies
* Lead implementation and execution of smooth E-Retailer/E-Tailer operations, including related system infrastructure and IT projects
* Take care of daily operations such as product registrations, coordinating with other members
* Set-up and optimize orders, payment, delivery with Supply Chain (internal/external) & finance where applicable
* Work closely with IT team to realize various requirements for E-Retailer/E-Tailer
* Ensure branding on Indirect e-business touchpoints, collaborating with Digital team and Brand teams
* Track and measure business performance to increase programs ROI and make improvements
* Manage budget for E-Retailers/E-Tailers actions

 Must Have Aspects

* More than 3-year experience in E-commerce related business, especially in E-Retail/E-Tail business development and operation
* Experience and strong skill in business development with Japanese retailers (DS, Shopping malls, etc.), including trade negotiation
* Strong communication skill in English with various parties
* Fluent in speaking and writing Japanese
* Experience of managing E-business for a brand or in an agency that managed it long-term for a brand plus
* Experience across multiple Digital channels including search, social, email, display, video etc. plus
* Experience working with IT teams in digital platforms plus
* Strategic mindset
* Agility and flexibility in complex situation
