We are currently looking for:

 

JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f)

 to join our successful team in  Belgrade



JOB MISSION:

 

You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team in the region on creating and implementing different marketing activities. This role will have exposure to the international brand development teams with the opportunity to contribute to new projects. You will be very closely linked with the commercial team, finance and supply chain. You will regularly have contact with consumers themselves and should be adept at working at all levels from senior management to retailers.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Contributing to the growth of a brand on the market, by driving new product launches and striving to maintain growth on pillar products by:

 

o   Analysis of consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management

o   Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue, portfolio management

o   Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences, strong focus on digital media

o   Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)

o   Mobilise and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines

o   Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)

o   Manage A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

o   Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plans

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  Approximately 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position in FMCG industry

  •  University Degree (preferably in marketing)

  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills

  •  Ability to work under pressure

  •  Very good analytical & creative skills

  •  Strong capability to deal with reporting tools (job requires usage of dm   extranet, Boost, Nielsen – trainings will be provided)

  •  Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously

  •  Confidence, drive and enthusiasm

  •  Active use of MS Office

  •  Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  •  Strong entrepreneurial thinking and capability to motivate and mobilize others

  •  Fluent in English, native Serbian speaker
