In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

A Day in the Life

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of regional medical strategies, ensuring alignment with national objectives and maximizing market share within the Eastern Territories.
  • Sales Force Optimization: Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to a high-performing team of Medical Representatives, driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • KOL Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dermatology field, leveraging their expertise to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Scientific Expertise : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatological science, clinical studies, and product innovations to provide expert guidance and support to the team

Who You Are

  • Pharmaceutical Expertise: Possess a Pharmacy Degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a medical sales role within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ideally with a focus on dermatology.
  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Analytical Prowess: Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: Excel at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare professionals, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Possess a relentless drive for results, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional business outcomes.
