We are looking for :                                                                                                                                          

a Kiehl’s Counter Manager in Globus Geneva (100%).

What we do expect from you:

  • Provide top skin consultations and advice according to the Kiehl’s “circle of service”
  • Monitor customer service level at brand standard, implementing a team development plan for improvements 
  • Keep track on KPIs and identify business opportunities in order to elaborate with the marketing team an action plan to maximize sales 
  • Lead and drive the team to achieve counter business objectives
  • Develop our CRM Database and create traffic on the counter
  • Manage inventory (Stock, Tester and PLV)

Requested profile:

  • Strong experience in sales, ideally in cosmetics
  • Affinity with cosmetics
  • Service and customer satisfaction oriented
  • Previous experience in a counter manager position is a real asset
  • Ability to drive a team
  • Fluent in French and English (any other language is an asset)
  • Native Arabic speaker & knowledge of Middle-East Markets
  • Determined, extrovert, entrepreneurial and team player
