We are looking for :                                                                                                                                                      

a Kiehl’s Customer Representative, Arabic speaker, in full-time for a 3months period during summer.

What we do expect from you:

  • Do some traffic stopping in order to attract customers
  • Welcome customers on the Kiehl’s counter
  • Present the brand, its heritage and expertise
  • Provide skin consultation and advice according to the Kiehl’s “circle of service”
  • Register new customers in our CRM Database
  • Offer a positive customer experience in order to loyalize our customers
  • Generate sales to achieve sales target
  • Maintain the counter merchandising
  • Student/young graduate from a business school/hospitality school
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Knowledge of Middle-East Markets
  • First experience in service industry (hospitality or sales)
  • Extrovert, having pleasure to interact with others
  • Team Spirit
  • Interest in cosmetics
