Our Creative team is looking for a productive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to be part of the team.  This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a Global team and rotate throughout different departments within the creative team to support and learn the following functions:

                                - Creative Services

- Store Design

- Merchandising

- 2D Creative

- Packaging


Within in each rotation, the intent would be to gain a base of knowledge while supporting the teams on key initiatives for the brand. 


Job Description

This Internship is a 12 month assignment with the Kiehl’s Creative team with an emphasis on administrative duties.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating schedules and calendars
  • Opening job requests for our internal clients
  • Prepping documents for meetings
  • Routing job jackets that contain key project details
  • Meeting preparation support
  • Ordering office supplies and art materials
  • Attending and Taking meeting minutes
  • Packing and shipping Prop packages and material boards to our countries.


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Must be a recent graduate (within one year of graduation) to qualify
  • Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • High level of organization
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
