As National Key Account Manager you will:

  • Drive the strategy and business relationship with Baltic customers for the division.
  • Drive the development and the sell out growth of our brands Vichy and La Roche Posay in LT, LV and EE, in line with the strategy, equity and business model of each brand.
  • Negotiate Baltic contracts to improve commercial condition model within Baltics, as well as the brands expression (space, visibility, strategic priorities implementation).
  • Drive the E-commerce acceleration, within the Selectivity Distribution Agreement frame.
  • Manage and animate an experienced team of 3 Country coordinators (LT,LV,EE) and 4 commercial representatives.
  • Manage the performance of the commercial team (Sell in/sell-out, stock in trade, gross to net, trade margin, profitability).
  • Contribute to the multifunctional ACD team cooperation with Baltics (marketing, sales, supply, and finance) in regards of smooth business operations and efficient processes.
  • Initiate and lead large scope Baltic projects.
  • Ensure organizational climate and talent development of the team.
To succeed in the role you will need:

  • 5+ years of commercial or business development profile position, ideally in a FMCG industry.
  • Team management experience (Pan Baltic team is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in top to top negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented and analytical personality.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills.

Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the participation in recruitment process. Failure to provision of personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
