ABOUT THE JOB:

• Reporting into the Head of Retail, Artistry & Education this is a fixed term maternity leave contract between 12-14 months with 3 direct reports and 12 indirect reports.
• Leads the conception or adaptation of new and innovative event and artistry projects to enhance and ensure an optimal return on investment from marketing strategies
• Monitors feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from the field on the event and artistry events and implements improvements
• Manages budgets and monitors ROI to ensure optimal returns on events executed
• Manages eventing inventory including permanent fixtures and disposables
• Focuses on continuous improvement to analyse outcomes and improvements on events launched and executed to influence exceptional sales results.

ABOUT YOU:

·         You will have had proven experience in managing large scale production and events within the beauty or retail industry

·         You will have strong people management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team

·         You will have proven retail eventing experience with a focus on execution excellence and return on investment

·         You will be highly organized with strong analytical skills

·         You will be able to problem solve as well as utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to achieve and influence decisions and outcomes
