B2B E-commerce Manager

L’Oréal Professional Products (PPD) are found in salons worldwide. The brands meet every conceivable style, shape and colour need, as well as offering superb general hair care. In this role you will:
  • Develop and execute the B2B ecommerce strategy and deliver ambitious growth of our PPD online channel for salon professionals
  • Monitor and enhance User Experience of website including content, navigation, branding, and purchase funnel
  • Build the online promotional calendar, partnering with sales and marketing teams to achieve joint online and offline business objectives
  • Manage, analyse and drive channel performance based on data and relevant customer segmentation ensuring all activity improves customer engagement
  • Develop customised pathways for different user types and create relevant user journeys and edm content
  • Optimise online merchandising, website functions and user experience in partnership with technical teams
  • Drive growth, develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more business customers
  • You will have strong e-commerce experience in managing online D2C or B2B websites with technical skills in SEO/SEM
  • Previous experience with a Content Management System (Salesforce)
