Customer Care & Credit Analyst

Responsible for the analysis & reporting covering both the Customer Care and Credit areas. A key focus will be on automation of tasks / processes & pro-active analysis of key KPI’s & order profiles / business drivers to enable fast continuous improvement.
- Identify data sources and extract (automate the extraction & flows) required data for monthly reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders and wider team to deliver critical reports / analysis
- Collect and prepare (clean, structured) data as required to inform projects, BAU & CI work
- Prepare updates packs and share with relevant stakeholders including Zone
- Work with key stakeholders on identified processes & tasks to automate them
- Conduct meaningful analysis and/or presentation of data insights, including but not limited to:
o Modelling to determine underlying drivers or outliers (i.e. Frequencies of orders by customer & cost impacts, returns & claims & receipts)
o Visualisation in Power BI and other platforms
o Calculation of impacts for potential business changes
o Communicate findings including actionable insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes
- Prepare instructions and/or ongoing requirements for refreshable analysis – everything automated must be sustainable
Contributing to the improved analytics maturity of L’Oréal
- Delivering training to key team members on automation methods & analytics
