Support the CDMO team in the delivery of the digital roadmap
ABOUT THE JOB
- Carry out system integration (SIT) & user acceptance testing (UAT) for D2C and D2E projects
- Manage the process of change requests (CRs)
- Prioritise CR backlog in collaboration with IT, CRM, and brand teams
- Liaise with teams to source and provide feedback on CRs and project tasks
- Digital platform access management
- Support the team on other project management tasks (as required)

- Analytical thinker with the ability to provide solutions to business problems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills, ability to work within tight deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for technology & innovation
- Previous experience with SIT & UAT desired
- Working knowledge of SFCC & Sitecore is favourable. Training will be provided
