ABOUT THE JOB

• Permanent full Time positions (38 hours per week) located at our Bondi Kiehl's Boutique for a passionate Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager
• Lead by example to engage, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Responsible for dealing with all customer complaints, ensuring all issues are followed through
• To master Kiehl’s product knowledge, current beauty trends and skincare application techniques
• Work closely with the Area Manager to track sales objectives and business plans

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in retail or hospitality management with five star customer service
• A passion for providing a unique customer experience
• A keen interest in Skincare and Beauty
• Strong communication skills
