POS MANAGER MASS
For our Consumer Products Division (CPD), we are looking for a
marketing talent – starter or 1 year experience (located Brussels)
For our Consumer Products Division, we are looking for a talented marketer with retail affection to join the mass-categories team in the role of POS manager. You will be responsible for all brands within the haircare, coloration, skincare and sun category and will interact with all retail brand managers for these categories. You will report into the Brand Business Lead.
For the role, you need to be solid, have strong collaboration and communication skills to gain trust internally and externally. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge, has an eye for detail and can make a change.
PURPOSE
As a POS Manager you ensure that the processes run smoothly and everything is delivered on time for the Belgium market for all mass categories. You have a supporting role to mainly retail brand managers and therefore everything that happens at the retailers in the store.
In summary you are responsible for:
Coordinate the POS process: together with RBM, suppliers, subcontracting, sales and retailer
Support retail marketing activities at HD, LER and Belgium-food retailers
PO management, code creation for all mass-categories in Belgium
harmonization and simplification of the process
Specific ad-hoc request from retailers and the team in Belgium
COLLABORATION
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
To successfully perform this role you will work together with:
Retail Brand Managers, work together on our brand activation
(E-)Account managers, for requests directly from retailers
Subcontracting team, for creating all codes of our POS materials
Suppliers, for simplification and optimization of our POS process
De Brand Business Leader, to whom you report
What qualities and education do you need for this position:
Completed relevant WO Master's degree.
Starter or 1 year of relevant work experience.
English mandatory and Dutch or French
You have a passion for Marketing and you embrace digital and e-commerce.
You are focused on details, pro-active and able to make a change
