L’Oréal and its corporate department is looking for a new team member to join our innovative HR team.

As a Learning and Development Manager you will be creating and implementing innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, L’Oréal culture and learning policy.


As our new Learning and Development Manager you will be empowered to:


  • Decide about appropriate development levers link to development needs or carrier plan

  • Ensure integration program for newcomers in collaboration with recruitment team

  • Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs

  • Create, roll-out and evaluate high quality learning solutions and coordinate learning events and meetings

  • Create program materials (cards, game, presentation, poster, facilitator guide)

  • Manage and monitor the budget allocated  and optimize learning investments efficiency

  • Facilitate learning events & workshop by respecting the unique learning experience

  • Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers

  • Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business

  • Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business

  • Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally

  • Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends

  • Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers



You are our new Learning and Development, if you have:

  • 4 years of experience in internal learning and development environment or educational agency

  • Attitude to drive best practices and simplification

  • Ability to work by priorities and by exception

  • Open minded approach with good sense for new trends in development

  • Strong organizational skills and conceptual thinking

  • Ability to work fast and reflecting long-term goals in changing environment
