At L´Oréal Distribution Center is a cornerstone of our activities throughout the business. We are supporting numerous countries and channels (including E-Commerce) in terms of distribution as a part of supply chain process.

- Support local change & projects management
- Get experience of Distribution Center "working" from A to Z
- Learn the basics in operations financial management by managing purchase orders and monitoring costs vs budget
- Provide administrative support to management team
- Sharing news with the operations population
- Organizing activities related to employee’s engagement & happiness
- Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the team
- University degree is an advantage
- Native Czech/Slovak, fluent English
- Is highly motivated and open to the international environment, wants to make impact on a day to day basis
- Possess strong PC skills (MS Office, SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage)
- Has a strong communication skills
- Enjoys seeking new and creative solutions
- Organizational skills (proactive and precise)
- Likes working with numbers
