Responsibilities and main missions:

The CRM B2C Delivery Manager is accountable for :

  • Organizing all development and run activities of the CRM platform
  • Defining the CRM platform architecture and ensuring the technical consistency of all development
  • The quality of the delivery on a mid-term approach

Delivery Management

  • Plan all development according to programs portfolio
  • Organizes resources according to release plan
  • Validate all technical specifications and ensure the sustainability of the platform
  • Liaise with CRM Programs Manager to fulfil business request

 

Run Management

  • In charge of the daily operations of the platform
  • Accountable for the platform availability
  • Guarantees the quality of the delivery by ensuring that all services are delivered with a SLA

 

Architecture définition

  • Defines the future state of the IT architecture to support realization of the corporate strategy
  • Acts as an expert and shares expertise including best practices and market & technologies trends
  • Provides solutions to complex business problems

Experience and expected qualities:

To fill this position, we are looking for a strong team-player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, negotiate effectively, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of business.

 

Expérience :

  • 5+ years in management of development team
  • 5+ years in CRM projects (budget, resource management, partner management)
  • 5+ years in expertise of CRM platform architecture

 

Project Management :

  • Project management methodology (V cycle, Agile, Kanban)
  • Ability to manage external partners
  • Highly organized with attention to quality work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing

 

Technical expertise :

  • CRMB2C Tools : Salesforce, Adobe Campaign
  • ETL and Databas tools : Informatica, SQL Server
  • Project management tool (MS Project, JIRA, Trello)

 

Others :

  • Fluent English is mandatory
