Responsible for the availability and performance of L’Oréal group’s internet and mobile sites for 3 divisions, recommend the best infrastructure choices, manage internal teams and hosting vendors partners, and make sure we monitor and meet our group infrastructure performance targets.



  • Liaising with the development, operations, network and database teams and driving ticket resolution, RCAs and SLAs with these organizations
  • Managing a group of Site Reliability Engineers and the team's day to day operations, all quarterly reviews and evaluations
  • Providing weekly quality reviews for team and weekly status report showing metrics
  • Execute periodic testing of disaster recovery capabilities
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Make recommendations to integrate new custom/brand and cloud software, coordinates installation and supports operations
  • Define and lead change in core operational processes - incident and problem management, capacity/availability management, change/release management, asset/configuration management, and service management design
  • Coordinate installation and build of environments, assist in developing system requirements, as well as managing the backup and recovery solution
  • Plan, implement and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient cloud systems
  • Provide strategic direction for IT Infrastructure and End User support
  • Partner closely with internal and outsourced vendors to manage our operations for servers/platforms, networks, and security
  • Plan and execute on continual iterative improvement
  • Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure utilization, ensuring proper performance tuning and guaranteeing appropriate service levels to our members and team members
  • Ensure that all systems and processes adhere to internal audit controls and business requirements
  • Manage update and refresh cycle on all platforms
  • Oversee all IT infrastructure projects
  • Experience developing and managing a budget, managing assets, and negotiating with vendors.
  • Responsible for leading a team of managers and supervisors that support l’Oréal infrastructure (Private and public Cloud)
  • Provide basic knowledge in troubleshooting issues.


  • 7+ years of IT experience; 5+ years in leadership role with increasing responsibilities in IT infrastructure as an individual contributor
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a team of support or operations engineers
  • Comprehensive background covering network architectures, server architectures, telecommunications, and operations
  • Proven leadership skills


Required Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  • Experienced in Agile and DevOps
  • Experienced and expertise in MS technologies, such as: .Net, SQL Server, Windows, Azure PaaS and IaaS, data storage and backups
  • In depth experience in using and deploy solutions through Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds

Desired skills:

  • Understanding of business continuity, fault tolerant design, and fail-over architecture
  • Automation of production monitoring
  • Experience with configuration management systems
  • Experience writing scripts
  • Strong experience working as part of a team collaborating on problem resolution
