Directly reporting to the Sales Manager Professional Channel and working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for the development of a client portfolio across Emilia-Romagna region.

Acting as a consultant, providing insightful data, recommendations and tailor-made commercial proposals to grow the clients’ business, being their key advisor, you will definitely reach the company goals!

You will also be in charge of new clients’ recruitment and you will be owner of the entire conquest, from the first argumentation to the final negotiation achieving the best business results for your area.

You will be a protagonist, playing a role that is central for the spread and success of our brands and the development of the professional beauty business in a modern and more customer centric way.


Carita & Decléor are two professional skincare brands that are sold to beauty institutes and SPA.

Carita, the only luxury professional beauty brand, offers an alternative to cosmetic surgery thanks to the combined efficacy of high performance products and its exclusive cinetictm lift expert machine.

Decléor embodies the concept of beauty therapy and the philosophy “to feel good in your body and soul, to feel good in your own skin”. The new Decléor credo, Skin - Body – Mind, represents “the art of cultivating inner harmony”.



  • ·         Master or Bachelor Degree (Management & Economics is preferential)
  •          At least 1 year working experience on field commercial activities (B2B is preferential)
  •          Past experience (internship or other) in a multinational working environment
  •          Extroverted, with great empathy and ability to communicate effectively
  •          Entrepreneur inside
  •          Strongly goal oriented and ambitious
  •          Curious and determined to try and try and try again
  •          Italian native speaker,  good knowledge of English and/or French
  •          Abroad study or working experience is preferential
