More than 490 patents were registered in 2015. Our workforce consists of 3800 employees, representing about sixty nationalities and thirty different scientific backgrounds (chemistry, physics, biology, dermatology, optics, rheology, IT, statistics, analysis, etc.).

MISSION

  • Develop new technical pathways to enable higher performance of depigmentation (whitening)
  • Create new formula that boost active penetration into epidermis and characterise its mechanism
  • Ability to translate technical ideas into prototypes using surface chemistry principles
  • Contribute actively towards setting up the technical strategy for the whitening pole along with the innovation pole leader and team members in a collaborative mindset/behavior.
  • Constantly filterideas from external literature (technology trends, patent literature, research publications etc.) and execute ideas to demonstrable proof of concepts.
  • Hands on experence with surfactants/soft solids/gels/emulsions is a bonus.
  • Has potential to grow as a key team player or as a strong team leader.
