Leads the development of strategy and plans by orchestrating the launches and push growth of pillar products by using product, market and consumer expertise, to build brand love and drive brand growth through 360 marketing mix that include ATL, Trade, CRM and Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC, 360, Digital, Retail) to build integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
  • Mobilise cross-functional collaboration and work with partner agencies to build broader strategy and ensure On Time-In Full execution
  • Make recommendations to the management on assigned Brand based on own expertise of the consumer, market and consumers i.e. launch analysis, strategic memo etc)
  • Manage A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Lead CRM for YSL Beauté through planning and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive recruitment and retention
  • Leads Digital including campaign management, influencer marketing strategy, social media strategy and e-commerce
  • Owns the brand patrimony and responsible to ensure all actions are in line with the sense of purpose and image of brand
  • Implement retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the Retail and Education team to ensure excellent implementation of retail materials and campaigns

Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing; experience in the Beauty industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, analytical thinking and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
