Job Responsibilities

  • To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives at regional level.

  • Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the objectives decided by National Sales Manager/General Manager

  • Develop strong relationships with the major clients within the region

  • Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives

  • Manage the regional education team

  • Manage and develop commitment and performance of area sales managers & executives

  • Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organisation changes

  • To assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand.

  • Ensure the achievement of sales turnover

  • Coaching of sales team in the field

  • Organise and run events for clients

  • Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution…)
