In our Benelux subsidiary, located near Amsterdam, we work with 470 people to strive for a number 1 position for all our brands in the Benelux Market. · Building and developing the team
· Building the channel and customer commercial strategy, following the overall Benelux commercial strategy
· Achieving profitable and sustainable customer growth results
· Fully maximizing the (online) channel shift
· Being the trusted business advisor for our key partners
· Planning, monitoring the yearly/monthly sell in and sell out of the cluster customer
· Preparing and conducting the year deal negotiation
· Activation maximization through al relevant consumer touchpoints
· Fostering a simplicity ways of working across the Benelux with all stakeholders
· 7-10 years of experience within FMCG sales
· Master’s degree education
· Sales and negotiation skills
· Understanding of FMCG business drivers within an O+O environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Analytical and data driven mindset
