IT Business Project Manager
L’Oréal Benelux is located in Hoofddorp and Brussels. IT Shared Services Benelux is one organizational entity and works from both locations. With reference to the Business Solutions Manager in the Benelux, we are searching for a new IT Business Project Manager who will work as liaison between the business divisions and the IT organization and who strives to improve customer satisfaction.
Your role and responsibilities
Our new IT Business Project Manager will work in close dialogue with our Business Divisions across Benelux, and be their partner in identifying and delivering solutions that can assist and create value for our Divisions and help them achieve a higher customer satisfaction.
We need an IT Business Project Manager who will be able to:
· Lead and implement business projects as CRM-systems, Retail, E-commerce, Digital and Business planning.
· Manage and implement group B2B and B2C solutions
· Implement projects from A to Z. Plan, execute, communicate with involved stakeholders and deliver on-time and on-budget
· Use the L’Oréal project methodology – PM4IT – and develop the current models and tools
· Define strategies and build roadmaps for existing and future applications
· Manage and have an overview of the ongoing projects and the portfolio pipeline and prioritize accordingly
· Daily management of current business application tools to secure continuity, performance and further development.
It is important that you are able to work across all levels of the organization and that you are used to work with many different stakeholders. You will build a strong co-operation with the whole Benelux IT organization and work together with our European IT Zone Management (based in Paris) on common Group and Zone Projects. Roll of our future Group projects will be a part of your job.
Our candidate has a Bachelor or Master Degree with a good track record in project execution and leadership with 3 - 5 year experience as a Project Manager.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to have:
· Experience with management of Sales and Marketing implementation projects
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· The ability to plan and prioritize effectively taking into account deadlines, resources and budget
· The ability to negotiate with and manage vendors
· Knowledge of working with SAP interfaces
· Good understanding of IT issues and a curiosity for new technologies.
· Prince2 certification (advantage)
· Experience in FMCG sector (advantage)
· Fluency in English and understanding of Dutch and French (advantage)
