Kérastase is a market leading luxury hair care brand offering leading edge technologies in haircare with a selective distribution and partnership with professional hair salons. Education, innovative launches, business, and marketing support are the key business drivers of this luxury brand.  

Based in Auckland or Waikato - the role of Kérastase Business Consultant has a responsibility for achieving territory budget and growth objectives in conjunction with education and business development.

•             Effectively drive sales, education, and business development within an established client-base
•             Small business management and client management
•             Evaluating and securing opportunities for new business
•             Assisting our business partners’ growth by adding value through strong relationships and professional marketing support
•             Achieve monthly sales and education targets
•             Up to 8 nights away from home per month


  • Hairdressing industry associated experience.
  • Proven consistent success in sales and negotiation.
  • Strong territory management experience including sound communication, numeracy, and computer skills
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • A passion for educating teams
  • An ability to maintain and build relationships quickly with internal and external partners.
  • The ability to prioritise and thrive in a demanding and changing environment.
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Highly organised, focused on time management, attention to detail and have sound business acumen.
  • A passion for luxury brands and the associated atmospheres that demand education on the products and services.
