IT EMEA’s purpose is to answer and anticipate business expectations efficiently by deploying and developing IT solutions accross Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As part of the Transformation Program, and to coordinate the various IT4IT projects, L’Oréal IT is looking for new talents.
Responsibilities and main missions:
The position requires technical background and hands on experience on IT4IT tooling chain (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA..) and close working relationships with Group/Zone hub IT teams, business partners, external partners and the Strategy & Architecture Director
Key job accountabilities:
Define the IT4IT Transformation Program roll-out strategy for IT EMEA in accordance with Group guidelines
Participate in the design of the solutions (ITSM, PPM, Data visualization…) by reflecting and defending the user needs
Rollout IT4IT methodology definition (Tools, best practice, communication and training kit…)
Understand company’s business strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives,
Contribute to the cartography of the Information System and propose recommendations to optimize L'Oréal IT EMEA asset management,
Ensure the effective implementation of the new process, and solutions and the consistency with the expressed needs
Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables
Anticipate and adjust the right organization, internal or external to address the objectives
Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Regular communication, Steering committee setup
Experience and expected qualities:
3-5+ years of experience including:
Ability to coordinate and work in multiple simultaneous projects
Team work in a multinational environment
Ability to track and report status to IT management and business partners
Have a customer focused attitude
IT vendor management expertise
Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple clients/vendors/projects.
Experience in analysis and documentation of technical requirements for ServiceNow
Technology Assessment and Evaluation Skills
Business analysis & ROI skills
ITSM/PPM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Microsoft Office applications -- Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Visio.
Reporting tools (Power BI, …)
Agile methodology knowledge is a plus
English Fluent (Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills)
