Research and Innovation teams, whose number has increased eight-fold in 20 years, constantly strive to be at the forefront of scientific advances, working in collaboration with the world's leading experts in each field. The results of their work are subject each year to several hundred patent applications and give rise to thousands of formulas. Research and Innovation is today more than 3,800 researchers in thirty disciplines, from basic research to product development through applied research.


Coordination of projects led in KSP on all makeup categories for all brands (MNY, Shu Uemura, Lancôme mainly), including:

Facilitation and contribution to organization of lab-Marketing meetings + minutes issuance including action plan for all

Global claim validation and artwork check with DIECP teams (technico-regulatory teams in charge of claim validation process)

Yakuji Global catalog update

Responsibility for platform meeting and claim tests organization including budget control (with Safety & Efficacy teams)

Technical dossier synthesis creation for both Innovation and Development projects, communication material synthesis and check (including creative performance demonstration and evidence)

Facilitation and animation of claim labs, focusing on creating consumer-centric convincing performance evidence for DMI and strategic meetings (Pipe)

Local PR support,

Communication and alignment with overseas labs (China / India / France & US) and coordination teams on common and global projects

Follow up on launch plans including follow up on development projects management in line with RSL directions (complexity, number)

Robust technical background


PhD Level

3 to 5 years of experience

Experience in cosmetics field
